Sinbad Cafe
Sinbad Cafe is at 229B S 4th Pl in Renton 425-228-9990, and it's my kind of place. I love cheap hole in the wall ethnic eateries, and this qualifies. The owner is Iraqi and has cooked in Greek restaurants, so the place has some of both. You can get falafel and hummus and kebabs, but also Greek salad and baklava and rotisserie chicken. The place is warm and friendly and inexpensive and good.

hi,
i typed in hipster guide to hot springs and i came across your blog. i am going there tomorrow and was wondering if there were any bars you knew of that were "hipster oriented". thanks.
Mussels,
The Red House on Burnett in Renton isn't exactly a bar, but they have a huge selection of beer and wine and great snacks, and ....by Hot springs, were you by chance looking for Hot Springs, Arkansas, one of my favorite places?
I ate at Sinbad last night, had the veggie mix. Good and tasty stuff. Thanks for pointing it out!
yes, hot springs arkansas. We are now leaving in the morning so oh well, thanksfor your help though
Mussels,
if you read this before you leave HS, check out Maxine's on Central Avenue, maybe the closest bar to hipster there.
