DK Market

Tried to go to Lenny's Market yesterday in the Walmart shopping center yesterday only to find out that they're gone, moved around the corner to a larger space...They are now the Dk Market, at the corner of S 7th St and Lind Ave S.
It's a fun place to shop, and they sell far more than just produce.
Lots of imported/gourmet items, ranging from hummus to Polish mushroom soups, to vacuum packed coffee from Croatia ( if they don't know about coffee in Croatia, where do they?). Prices are low in this no frills warehouse store, selection of fruits and veggies is huge. Go there.

LOVE Leny's. Glad to hear that they finally moved, I'll have to go back soon!

My fave Leny's picks: Cheap Grapeseed Oil, and gigantically huge containers of olives, both Greek and cracked green.

Off topic-but you should try Centre Coiffures-good beauty shop next to Pabla in Fred Meyers Shopping Center. Reasonable rates. Also try Valley Fruit Harvest for the same selection of imported stuff that Lenny's has-more even! Locations on 288th and Military Road(Kent West Hill) and on 104th (the Benson) by Key Bank and McLendon's in Kent.

Well apparently you haven't been to the new lennys market aka DK Market, they are 3-4 times bigger than valley harvest in Kent and federal way. And the prices are still way more cheaper. They might not sell meat and seafood now but word is they are opening one up this year. Just recently they opened up a beauty salon and Mexican store inside the building I mean every time I go in there they are expanding it more and more. Yes it might be cold but you get use to bringing a jacket before going in. Parking might be a hassle in the weekend but you work ur way around it especially with how the economy is these days you really save a lot there. I'm telling you this is like the biggest international market in the king county. So check it out every now and then you'd be surprise!
